A. Back Squat; 5,5,5- add 5-10# from last time

B. Bench Press; Quickly work up to a 5 rep Max

C. 4-6x
5 Bench Press @ 90% of B
35s Row (5s easy/30s Sprint@ 80-90% effort)- can use bike/treadmill if needed, rower preferred
3:00 Rest

Something I like to always remember- keep smooth movements and the rower doesn't care how fast you move forward, just how hard you pull.
